Halotherapy is a dry salt therapy that utilizes a halogenerator to grind and crunch salt into micronized particles dispersed into the SALT Booth® via a dry salt aerosol which works to aid respiratory concerns and skin conditions.  The salt is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and inhaled into the respiratory system.

Only a 45-minute session is needed to experience the full effect of Dry Salt Therapy, or Halotherapy.

Wear loose, comfortable light-colored clothing that you can relax in. If you are targeting a skin condition, you’ll want to keep that area exposed.

The salt, 99.99% Pure Grade Sodium Chloride, is heated and then ground and crushed into very tiny Microparticles. Then dry aerosol Microparticles of salt are then dispersed into the SALT Booth® where they are inhaled and penetrate deep into the lungs, bronchi, bronchioles, and alveoli.
