Lila lived in New York for over 42 years. She has always taken interest in holistic healing and used to walk on her brother-in-laws back and rub her moms feet & shoulders when she was 10 years old. After hearing what a gift she had she decided to get become professionally trained. She moved to Colorado for its beauty and has been a massage therapist for nearly 10 years! Her history with Cheyenne Mountain Resort trained her in having great customer service for high-end clientele. She is trained in Swedish & Deep Tissue.

Hot Stone Massage | Level 1

Smooth stones, also called Pohaku in Hawaiian accompany traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi techniques with warm Coconut oil to melt away muscle tension and allow a deeper level of relaxation. This comforting treatment will leave you feeling grounded and energized by the penetrating heat of these powerful stones.
Foot Reflexology | Level 1
The feet are the gateway to stimulating mental, emotional, and physical health throughout the entire body. This revitalizing treatment begins with a soothing & detoxifying salt foot bath, then a reflexology session, followed by a delicious foot massage, ending with hot towels. Pressure points in the feet are used to activate and offer a profound energetic treatment to all the meridians and organ systems. Reflexology can help address a vast array of issues including low energy, poor digestion, detoxification, tension relief, reproductive issues, as well as pain anywhere in the body. Treatment includes choice of aromatherapy and essential oils.
Deep Tissue or Sports Massage | Level 2

Mother Moon Massage | Level 2
Moms-to-be can reap both mental and physical rewards from prenatal massage, as it is a common alternative therapy recommended by doctors for pregnant women. Pregnancy does a number on your posture. It compresses your lower back, weakens your core, and places a lot of pressure on your legs and feet. Your muscles will certainly appreciate a massage when they've been carrying around an extra load. Advantages of prenatal massage: lowers levels of the stress hormone cortisol, improves sleep, reduces swelling & joint pain, improves circulation, stabilizes hormones, & reduces the chances of premature labor. Treatment includes your choice of aromatherapy and hot towels.

Our 90 minute massage is $280.
Minors under the age of 18 must be Accompanied by an adult in which the service should be booked as a couples massage. If you must cancel an appointment, cancel 12 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation charges. Appointments cancelled after the permitted time will be charged a $50 cancellation fee and your prepaid massage service can be refunded or saved on your account as a service credit.
