Your Flights

Please book your flight to arrive at the Colorado Springs Airport (COS) on September 7th before 3:00 pm, and to depart on September 14th after 3:00 pm.

Group transportation will be provided for you to and from your resort and Luna Float Spa if you are there at the appointed times. See the Ground Transportation section.

The retreat begins in the afternoon of the 7th, so make sure to schedule your flight accordingly. If at all possible, don’t miss the creation of our sacred space on the evening of the 7th. We will be closing this space on the morning of the 14th, so do plan to stay for the entire experience we have prepared for you.

If you want to come earlier or stay later, please let your resort know so they can coordinate your stay.

Your Airport Transport

Transportation will be provided for you to and from your resort on September 7th and September 14th.

On September 7th, please make sure your flight arrives no later than 3 pm.

The retreat closes on September 14th around 11 am. This means your flight needs to depart no earlier than 3 pm.

A taxi ride is approximately $40 for regular hours. For rides very early in the morning or very late at night, the fee is $50-$60. (At your own expense)

Please make sure to provide us with all your travel details at least two weeks before departure (preferably much earlier), so we can set it up accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD retainer.

Cancellations made between May 8th, 2025, and July 8th, 2025, will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between July 9th, 2025 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum. If we do so, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
